MISS VIRGINIA'S OUTSTANDING TEEN, MISS TEXAS' OUTSTANDING TEEN AND MISS ARKANSAS' OUTSTANDING TEEN WIN PRELIMINARY

Miss Virginia's Outstanding Teen Brittany Young was named Wednesday night's preliminary talent winner at the Linda Chapin Theater in the Orange County Convention Center during the second night of competition. Also in the spotlight were Miss Texas' Outstanding Teen Kendall Morris and Miss Arkansas' Outstanding Teen Dorothy Shepherd, who won the preliminary awards for Sportswear and Evening Wear, respectively.
