Miss South Carolina's Outstanding Teen, Miss Arkansas' Outstanding Teen and Miss Michigan's Outstanding Teen win preliminary awards

Miss South Carolina's Outstanding Teen Maggie Hill was named Thursday night's preliminary talent winner at the Linda Chapin Theater in the Orange County Convention Center during the third night of competition. Also in the spotlight were Miss Arkansas' Outstanding Teen Dorothy Shepherd and Miss Michigan's Outstanding Teen Nina Davuluri, who won the preliminary awards for Sportswear and Evening Wear, respectively.
