The photo above is from the site Melanie linked; I found it easiest to just search for "Miss Ohio." It pulls up photos of Marlia from last year as well as the clips Mel mentioned, but I couldn't get them to play...

I’d also like to point out to everyone that this photo exemplifies how glamorous being a titleholder ISN’T! I find that non-pageant people think that “beauty queens” all have an entourage to do everything for them. That could not be farther from the truth. Notice that Melanie’s hands are full- she has a suitcase, crown box and bag over her shoulder and we all know it’s been about 90 degrees lately! With all that, she still looks wonderful; keep up the good work Mel!
