Best of Luck to Ohio's Outstanding Teen, Kelsey Ballew!
This week Miss Ohio’s Outstanding Teen, Kelsey Ballew, is in Orlando Florida competing at Miss America’s Teen pageant. Kelsey is a vocalist from Chillicothe Ohio. CLICK HERE to learn more about her.
She is contestant twelve (of seventeen, great placement!) in the first grouping. Thus, she will have her private interview this morning, preliminary Evening Wear competition tomorrow night, preliminary Onstage Question and Sportswear competition on Wednesday night and conclude preliminary competition with Talent on Thursday. Wow! Did anyone else think they were seeing double with Kelsey’s picture front and center and the little thumbnail photo of me on the left? The brown eyes and hair, the angle of the photos, the part of the hair…(and the fact that I’m 19 in that photo.) It’s especially creepy when YOU think you look like someone else!
