Turning over the keyboard…

It seems that no matter how prepared you are, or how many times you’ve competed in a state pageant, the week before is always full of little details and nickel and diming trips to drug stores, craft stores and the mall! Special thanks to all my friends and family for being understanding and supportive of my final preparations.

For the next week I will be away from my computer and have only limited cell phone access, as these types of items can only be used at our host homes, which we’re basically only at to sleep! My friends are welcome to leave me phone messages and hopefully, if all goes well, my boyfriend will continue blogging for me.

Depending on the availability and strength of wireless access in the hotel, my boyfriend Loren will keep this blog updated with events, photos and competition results!
