Special thanks to Renee Brown for the photos from the Miss Hamilton pageant; more can be viewed on her Blog Crowns of Ohio.

The new Miss Hamilton is Nicole Master, congrats to her! Nicole has competed here and there for some time and it's so exciting that she has won, considering she is 24 (the age limit). She advocates Promoting Education- Making Connections and for talent she tap danced to "Sandman." The information from the website in the post below states "Graduate - Miami University Oxford College; Major: Early Childhood Education." I am not sure if this means she has a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood, or if she is a graduate student pursuing her masters.

On her Blog, Renee raved about the First Runner-up, Olivia Stewart. She is still a high school senior, but plans to attend Wright State University and study Musical Theatre. She sang "My Foolish Heart" for her talent and advocates Building Esteem through Artist Expression. In addition to First Runner-up she was awarded Talent, Interview, Evening Gown and Casual Wear.

Sarah Chaney was named Second Runner-up and also won Swimsuit. She is a Speech Pathology major at Miami University at Oxford. For talent she performed a lyrical dance with sign language accompaniment; her platform is "Ensuring the Accessibility and Attainment of Communication Methods for All."

The Third Runner-up was Monica Jennings, a high school senior, hoping to pursue Dance and Deaf Education at an unnamed college. Her platform is Rising Number of STD/AIDS,Distorted Body Image and for talent she performed a song interpretation to "Dangerously in Love."

Fourth Runner-up was Katie Camp. She studies Psychology at Wright State University. Her platform is Mentoring Through the Arts and she is a tap dancer.
