Miss America and CMT

For quite some time we have known that Miss America will air January 21, 2006 on Country Music Television. While no announcement has been made as to where it will take place, CMT has been showing a great deal of support to the Miss America Organization.

Tonight Miss America, Deidre Downs [below] appeared on the red carpet of the Country Music Awards and was interviewed both on CMT and on the TV Guide Channel by Melissa Rivers. [Photo source unknown.]

Also, each Miss State has traveled to Nashville for photo shoots and filmed interviews. Below Marlia hangs out with other Miss'.
